Debt Free DDS

Are you a dentist, or other professional with a huge debt from dental school? Perhaps you have other debts as well (ie. dental practice, cars, credit cards), and you are feeling helpless. This was me as well a few years ago. But now 7 years after graduating dental school I have paid off my entire $425k of dental school debt. Most of which has been paid off in the last three years. I do still have a reasonable mortgage and practice loan, but I have a plan to get rid of these debts in a timely manner as well. I have also discovered other books and blogs that have helped me realize that I can be in charge of my financial life and not have to lay awake at night worrying about money and debt.

I am not as far a long in the process to financial independence as some of those I follow. But at least I have the knowledge and the blue print to become like them. I am still in the journey and in no way am I financially independent. But I am on my way. And I hope you’ll join me to become debt free and have a life free of worry about finances.
